Cancellation or change of appointment
Here at The Nest we have a 48hour cancellation or change policy. The full 100% appointment fee will be charged if an appointment is
cancelled or changed within 24hours. 50% appointment fee will be charged if cancelled or changed within 48hours. No shows will be charged the full 100% appointment fee.
Children in the salon
If you are unable to get childcare for your appointment please contact me in plenty of time to make sure it is appropriate for them to come with you.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers can be purchased for any set treatment or any monetary value. Gift vouchers are valid from 12 months of purchasing.
